Who this notice concerns
VorkadTeamMeter is the independent educational publication at vorkadteammeter.asia. For questions about this notice or a privacy request, contact [email protected]. Do not send identity documents or sensitive workplace records unless an appropriate, necessary verification method has been agreed.
Reading the website
The site’s published HTML, CSS and JavaScript do not include advertising trackers, analytics libraries, account registration or a visitor profiling feature. Pages and images are requested from the site’s host. Ordinary hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps, for delivery, security and fault investigation.
Those infrastructure processes are distinct from the private draft tool. This notice does not claim that hosting systems keep no logs or that browsing is anonymous.
The private draft tool
The tool on the contact page reads the fields in your browser and assembles plain text on your device. Its code does not send the field contents to a server, use localStorage to retain them or automatically send an email. Closing or reloading the page may clear your work, although browser restoration and autofill behavior can vary.
Copying places the draft on your device’s clipboard. Downloading creates a text file in the location managed by your browser. Clipboard history, shared devices, browser extensions, backups and device management software can affect who can access those copies. Review your own device settings and delete sensitive drafts when no longer needed.
If you email us
When you send an email, your email address, message, attachments and ordinary message metadata are processed by the email systems involved. We use correspondence to consider your question, address a correction or handle an administrative or privacy request. Please provide only the information necessary for that purpose.
Do not send another person’s confidential employment information, medical details, passwords or complete case files. We do not offer a secure whistleblowing channel or promise legally privileged or absolute confidentiality.
Use, access and retention
Information received through correspondence is used for handling the matter raised, operating and protecting the publication, and meeting applicable legal requirements. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may include legitimate interests in operating the publication, responding to a request, or compliance with a legal obligation, depending on the circumstances.
Email and hosting service providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also need to be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell the draft text you type into the tool; that text is not transmitted by the tool.
Correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, relevant follow-up, security or applicable legal requirements. There is no single retention period for every message. A deletion request will be assessed in context, including any duty to preserve a record.
Your choices and rights
You can read the site without preparing a draft or contacting us. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to complain to a relevant data protection authority. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and can have exceptions.
Send a proportionate request to the contact address above, identifying the correspondence or issue involved. We may need reasonable verification to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person.
External resources and international processing
Following an external resource link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Email and hosting services may process data in countries other than yours, subject to their arrangements and applicable law. Avoid including sensitive information if you are unsure about the protections available.
Cookies and changes
